Blacktrace (www.blacktrace.nl) is an independent boutique specialized in international mergers and acquisitions, located in ’s-Hertogenbosch. We provide professional support to family businesses, entrepreneurs, management teams, corporates, and investors in following areas: sale, acquisitions, management buy-out, corporate valuation, growth financing. The typical transaction value for these businesses lies between €20 and €250 million. We focus on firms headquartered in the Benelux and are complemented by our international network of similar players (www.world-ma.com). These attributes have helped us achieve our current position as a major player in the Dutch mid-market segment. Because our firm is growing, we are looking for new top talents to strengthen our team.

We operate in small and flexible teams that personally coordinate the transaction from start to finish and are fully dedicated to our clients 24/7. The ability to successfully complete transactions often lies in attention to detail. In addition to theoretic knowledge gained at university, a combination of negotiating skills, empathy, networking and professional skills are key success factors in M&A transactions.
